How do I add flights and transportation?

Flights, trains, buses, and ferries are added as transportation entries on the Trip Story step.

Use the Add Custom button on your itinerary and choose Transportation, then describe the leg in your own words — for example, "Overnight train from Paris" or "TAP flight LIS → MAD". Transportation entries appear between the Destinations they connect on your itinerary.

Transportation entries are supporting content: they help Supporters follow your route, but they don't count toward the one-attraction-per-Destination launch requirement.

Estimated flight costs to your first Destination and home from your last one are also included automatically in the budget calculator on the Funding Goal step.
