How do I launch a campaign?

Launching your campaign

Launch Campaign is the final step of the campaign builder. Before you can launch, your campaign needs to pass every readiness check:

• Details: your first and last name, a profile photo, a campaign name, and start and end dates (estimated months are fine).
• Trip Story: a trip description of at least 200 characters, plus at least one Destination — each with at least one attraction or experience.
• Funding Goal: a funding goal amount.
• A verified email address. Send yourself the verification link right from the Launch page, click it in your inbox, and you're done.

A connected bank account is not required to launch. Contributions are held safely for you, and you can set up payouts from the Payouts page whenever you're ready — before or after launch.

The exception: if you are under 18, a Responsible Party (an adult guardian) must complete identity verification and link the bank account on your behalf before your campaign can go live.

Once every requirement is met, hit Launch Campaign. Your campaign goes Live at a shareable link where Supporters can see it and contribute. Your campaign automatically closes on your trip's start date — or a custom auto-close date you set in Campaign Settings — after which it no longer accepts Contributions.
