More to Roam

    Transparency Report

    Reporting period: January 2025 – December 2025 | Published: May 2026

More to Roam publishes this annual transparency report in accordance with Article 24 of the EU Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065). This report covers our content moderation activities for the period January 2025 through December 2025.

    1. Orders from Authorities

During the reporting period, More to Roam received the following orders from judicial or administrative authorities of EU member states:

    • Orders to act against illegal content (Article 9): 0
    • Orders to provide information (Article 10): 0

    2. User Reports Received (Article 14)

More to Roam provides a reporting mechanism on every public campaign page. During the reporting period:

    • Total user reports submitted: Available in next full annual report
    • Reports resulting in content restriction: Available in next full annual report
    • Reports dismissed (no action taken): Available in next full annual report
    • Median time to first review: Available in next full annual report

This is our first annual transparency report. We are building the data aggregation infrastructure required to publish complete statistics in future reports. We are committed to publishing full quantitative data in subsequent annual reports.

    3. Automated Moderation

All campaign pitches on More to Roam are automatically screened by an AI classifier (Google Gemini, accessed via a third-party AI gateway) before publication. The classifier evaluates content across nine prohibited categories and returns a verdict of "allow", "review", or "block".

    • Total automated moderation decisions: Available in next full annual report
    • Decisions — allow: Available in next full annual report
    • Decisions — review (human escalation): Available in next full annual report
    • Decisions — block: Available in next full annual report

All "block" and "review" verdicts are subject to human oversight. A human reviewer makes the final moderation decision in all non-trivial cases.

    4. Internal Complaints and Appeals (Article 20)

Users whose content has been restricted may appeal that decision through our internal complaint-handling system. During the reporting period:

    • Total appeals submitted: Available in next full annual report
    • Appeals upheld (restriction removed): Available in next full annual report
    • Appeals overturned (restriction maintained): Available in next full annual report
    • Median response time: Available in next full annual report

    5. Account Suspensions

    • Accounts suspended for policy violations: Available in next full annual report
    • Accounts suspended under repeat infringer policy: Available in next full annual report

    6. Human Resources Dedicated to Content Moderation

More to Roam is an early-stage platform. Content moderation is performed by members of the core team, supported by automated pre-screening. We are committed to maintaining adequate human oversight of all automated moderation decisions.
