What happens when a campaign is cancelled.
I want a refund on my contribution. How?
Contributions are generally non-refundable unless the Traveler cancels their Trip Story. If that happens, your refund is automatic.
What happens to contributions when a campaign is cancelled?
They are automatically refunded to each Supporter.
Can a traveler issue a partial refund?
Refunds are issued at the contribution level, not partial amounts.
My payout failed. What do I do?
Stripe will retry. Check your bank info if it keeps failing.
