How do I cancel a campaign?

You can cancel a live campaign from your Campaign Settings page. Cancellation is permanent and triggers automatic refunds to every contributor — there's no way to undo it.

Because cancellation moves money out of your connected bank account back to contributors, it can take several days to fully process. Contributors are notified by email.

Use cancellation if your trip is no longer happening or you no longer want to fundraise. If you're just done collecting, you can simply let the campaign auto-close instead.
