How do I cancel a campaign?

You can cancel a live campaign from your Campaign Settings page. Cancellation is permanent and triggers automatic refunds to every contributor — there's no way to undo it.

Refunds go back to each contributor's original payment method. If funds have already been transferred toward your bank, the refunds are recovered from your balance, so it can take several days to fully process. Contributors are notified by email.

Use cancellation if your trip is no longer happening or you no longer want to fundraise. If you're just done collecting, you can simply let the campaign auto-close instead.
