Do contributors get a receipt?

Every contributor gets an email receipt as soon as their payment succeeds. The receipt includes:

• Trip name and traveler
• Contribution amount and date
• A custom thank-you message from the traveler (if they've set one)

Receipts are sent through our transactional email gateway — they should arrive within a minute. If not, ask the contributor to check their spam folder.
