I want a refund on my contribution. How?

Contributions to Live or Closed Trip Stories

Contributions made to a Live or Closed Trip Story are generally non-refundable.

Refunds for Canceled Trip Stories

If a Traveler cancels their Trip Story, all Contributions are automatically refunded to the original payment method. You do not need to take any action to receive your refund.

Other Exceptions

More to Roam may issue a refund in specific cases, such as a confirmed platform rule violation. If you believe a Trip Story violates our rules, please contact our support team.
