When do I receive my funds?

How Payouts Work

All funds from your Trip Story are paid out in a single transfer after your campaign has closed. A Trip Story closes when it reaches its end date, or when you manually close it from your dashboard.

Here's the process:

• During your campaign: As Supporters make Contributions, the funds are securely held. Our 4.5% platform fee and Stripe’s payment processing fees are deducted from each Contribution as it's made.
• After your campaign closes: The total collected funds are automatically sent to the bank account you linked via Stripe.

Payout Timing

Payouts typically arrive in your bank account within 2–5 business days after your Trip Story closes. The exact timing can vary depending on your bank.
