When do I receive my funds?

How payouts work

Payouts are automatic — there's nothing to withdraw manually. Contributions are collected securely through Stripe and held safely for you from the moment they arrive.

• Set up payouts whenever you're ready — before or after launch — from the Payouts page. Until then, your funds wait for you and we'll send reminders.
• Once payouts are set up, everything collected so far transfers to your account automatically (usually within a day — or immediately with the Transfer funds now button), and new contributions follow on their own.
• While Stripe verifies your new account, your first funds may be held for 7–14 days.
• After that, each weekly payout typically arrives in your bank account within 2–5 business days.
• Fees: our 4.5% platform fee and Stripe's payment processing fees are deducted from your funds before transfer.

Payouts continue on the same weekly schedule while your campaign is live and after it closes, until your balance is fully paid out. You can view the status of your payouts any time via the Stripe Express dashboard link on your dashboard.
