Thane Digital LLC (trading as More To Roam), which delivers a digital service in the European Union, has appointed Data Protection Representative Limited (trading as DataRep) as its Legal Representative for the purposes of the Terrorist Content Online Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2021/784) in the EU/EEA.
How to Contact Our Representative
Competent authorities in EU member states may submit removal orders or related communications under Regulation (EU) 2021/784 to DataRep using any of the following methods:

- Post: DataRep, The Cube, Monahan Road, Cork, T12 H1XY, Republic of Ireland. Mail must be marked for “DataRep” (not “More To Roam”) or it may not reach the representative.

Operational Note
Removal orders issued under Article 3 of Regulation (EU) 2021/784 require action within one hour of receipt. Our internal trust-and-safety team operates on-call coverage to meet this timescale. Where an order is technically or operationally impossible to comply with, we will inform the issuing authority without undue delay and explain the reasons, as required by Article 3(7) and 3(8) of the Regulation.
